From the initial groundworks and base preparation to laying driveways and ensuring the top surface is perfectly smooth and level, we’ll make sure that your project is completed promptly and to an excellent standard - we even install drop kerbs for a complete service all round.
TARMACADAM®
Tarmac® is a combination of macadam – crushed stone – and tar, and it’s been a popular surfacing material since the beginning of the 20th century thanks to its cost effective and durable nature. It’s also weather-resistant and low maintenance, as well as being easy to repair should the need arise. It’s simple to lay over existing surfaces, making it cheaper than many other options, and it’s both quick drying and recyclable. In short, Tarmac® is the perfect option for many projects!
ASPHALT
Asphalt is a combination of aggregates such as sand, crushed stone and gravel, and bitumen. Like Tarmac®, it’s a cost-effective and recyclable option for paths, car parks, forecourts, and more. The First Highways team can install asphalt paving at a competitive rate, and our team has the experience to make sure that every job is completed to a very high standard.
